HR and Workplace Terminology

There is currently a great need for legal interpreters and translators to work in the field of human resources. Sometimes this may be to interpret in presentations to explain employee benefits, to interpret in meetings where workers express grievances with union representatives, for the translation of employee handbooks or policy and procedure manuals, or for dealing with workplace terminology. Interpreters must be trained in the possible scenarios & vocabulary that can come up in this field and what renditions are most suitable for this specialized terminology.
